This beautiful Sri Yantra pendant is meticulously crafted from gold plated silver with a natural stone base and clear crystal glaze on top.

Sti Yantra is a symbol of Feminine and Masculine Unity - The upward-pointing triangles symbolize Shiva, the divine masculine or consciousness, while the downward-pointing triangles represent Shakti, the divine feminine or creative energy.
Their interlocking signifies the union of these energies, reflecting balance, harmony, and the unity of opposites.

The Sri Yantra is often used as a meditation tool to aid spiritual ascension and enlightenment. Its concentric layers guide the practitioner through a journey from the outer material world to the inner spiritual core, symbolized by the central bindu (dot). The bindu represents the point of ultimate realization or singularity, where all dualities dissolve.

The Sri Yantra is associated with Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, abundance, and prosperity. The nine layers of the Sri Yantra correspond to different chakras or levels of spiritual consciousness. The geometric patterns also represent the Kundalini energy rising from the base of the spine to the crown chakra.

Labradorite is an important feldspar mineral. Feldspar minerals make up roughly 41% of the earth’s continental crust by weight.
Labradorite stones have a labradorescence about them, which gave them a name. This means that these kinds of crystals are often found in thin, tubular shapes. While the most commonly found colours of these stones are white and grey, there are also labradorite stones in blue, green, yellow and brown hues.

These crystals have a pearly sheen, with some specimens of them exhibiting a schiller effect. This means that they boast a lustrous mix of colours as a result of the stone’s interaction with light.
The effect takes its name from the German word schiller, meaning twinkle or shining. It describes the gemological effect of aventurescence, which occurs when light bounces off of tiny mineral platelets found inside the stone.

Labradorite was first discovered on Paul’s Island, in Labrador, northeast of Canada. Labradorite crystals have been known to the native Inuit community for thousands of years already.
More recently, in the late 18th Century, Moravian missionaries discovered it. Today it is found in United States, Canada, Madagascar, Russia, Norway, and the United Kingdom. In Finland, a variation of Labradorite was discovered that displays the entire color spectrum. This special variety was given the name of Spectrolite.

Labradorite crystal is also known as “the stone of mysticism”. It’s linked to the incredible natural phenomenon known as the Aurora Borealis, or the Northern Lights. Labradorite stones are as mystical as its iridescent, changing colours suggest. Legend has it, that once upon a time, an Inuit warrior saw that the Northern Lights had become trapped in a piece of the stone. It’s believed that he took his spear and struck the rock to help set the light free and back up into the sky.

Labradorite has many healing properties, while most important being transformation in our spiritual work. Labradorite is used specifically for setting and manifesting intentions. It’s one of the most powerful stones for crystal healers, as it puts us in touch with our own inner powers. It is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. Cleansing labradorite using a variety of methods, including moonlight, sound vibrations and amethyst geodes. As labradorite is safe to go in water for short periods, you can also use running water to cleanse this stone.
